DEV Traffic Systems
An assumed name of DEV Construction Corp.
We want customers to receive the correct equipment in good working condition. This policy applies to purchases made directly through DEV Traffic Systems at devtrafficsystems.com.
Returns
Unless otherwise stated on the product listing, eligible unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a standard return, the product should be:
- Unused and in substantially the same condition in which it was received.
- Returned with included components, accessories, manuals, and other supplied materials.
- Securely packaged to prevent damage during return transportation.
- Accompanied by the applicable order information.
Customers should contact DEV Traffic Systems before shipping a return. Do not ship a product back without receiving return instructions from us first.
Unless the product is defective, damaged upon delivery, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping or delivery costs, including shipping costs incorporated into the selling price of large equipment, may be deducted from the refund when permitted by applicable law.
Large Equipment and Arrow Boards
Large or oversized products, including arrow boards, require special handling.
Customers should inspect these products promptly upon delivery. If packaging or equipment shows visible shipping damage, photograph the packaging and product before installation or use and contact DEV Traffic Systems as soon as reasonably possible.
Please retain the original packaging until you have inspected the equipment.
Returns of non-defective large equipment may be subject to the actual outbound and return transportation costs incurred by DEV Traffic Systems, where permitted by law.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect or Incomplete Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, materially different from what was ordered, or missing components, contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Please provide your order number, a description of the problem, and photographs or other information reasonably necessary to evaluate the issue.
Depending on the circumstances, we may provide troubleshooting assistance, replacement parts, replacement equipment, return authorization, refund, or another appropriate remedy.
Replacement Parts and Compatibility
Customers purchasing LED modules, visors/shades, electrical components, or other replacement parts are responsible for reviewing the product specifications and confirming compatibility with their equipment before installation.
Physical fit alone does not necessarily establish electrical or functional compatibility. Verify dimensions, operating voltage, connectors, mounting configuration and other applicable specifications before installation.
Contact DEV Traffic Systems before ordering if you are uncertain about compatibility.
Refunds
After an authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of the refund.
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. Processing time after issuance may vary depending upon the customer's financial institution or payment provider.
Products showing damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, incompatible equipment or power sources, accidents, neglect, or operation outside published specifications may not qualify for a refund for reasons unrelated to a covered product defect.
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes of placing the order. After that period, we cannot guarantee cancellation because processing or fulfillment may have begun.
If an order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must instead be handled under the applicable return provisions of this policy.
Everything else shown looks consistent with what we’re trying to accomplish.
